1. Use of the Application

BrainTeasers is a comprehensive mobile puzzle game that challenges users with various brain training exercises and logic puzzles. The App features a diverse collection of interactive puzzles designed to develop logical thinking, attention, and memory skills.

By using our App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not attempt to derive the source code or create derivative works based on the App
• Not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

2. Offline Functionality

BrainTeasers is designed primarily for offline use. The app stores your progress, achievements, and settings locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining and backing up your device according to best practices to avoid loss of game progress or settings.

We do not collect or store personal user accounts on remote servers, and your game data remains on your local device unless explicitly shared through your device's built-in sharing functionality.

You understand that:

• Uninstalling the App may result in the permanent loss of your saved game data
• Clearing the App's cache or data through your device settings will reset your progress
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device malfunction, software updates, or user actions
• Any screenshots or gameplay information you choose to share using your device's sharing functionality is your responsibility

5. Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you agree not to:

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer the opportunity to purchase ("In-App Purchase") virtual items or remove advertisements. In-App Purchases can be purchased as set forth on the App, and payment will be charged to your chosen payment method.

In-App Purchases are non-refundable and may not be exchangeable for other virtual items or currency. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, and eliminate virtual items at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
