Summary (TL;DR): This app does not collect, share, or sell personal data. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it does not use third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs. If that changes in a future version, we will update this policy and the app’s store listing before release.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how TaalayDev (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information in the application Dialogue with the Monster (the “App”). This policy applies only to the App and the policy page you are viewing. If you access external websites (e.g., community pages such as Itch.io), their policies apply.
2) Data Collection
We do not collect personal data. Specifically:
- No account creation or login.
- No names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or identifiers are collected.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising identifiers are collected.
- No location data, contacts, photos, or files are collected.
If a future version introduces optional features that require data (for example, cloud saves), we will ask for consent, minimize what’s collected, and update this policy.
3) Device Permissions
The current version of the App requests no device permissions beyond what is required to run normally.
Optional future features (not active):
- Microphone: only if we add voice-based interaction; audio would be processed on-device and not stored or transmitted without consent.
- File access: only if we add export/import features; handled locally on your device.
4) Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a mature audience (recommended age 16+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
5) Data Sharing & Transfers
We do not share personal data with third parties. No data is transferred to other countries because no personal data is collected.

The App does not use cookies or tracking technologies. If you visit external sites referenced by the App (e.g., help or community pages), those sites may use cookies under their own policies.

Because the App does not collect or store personal data, there are no user data repositories to secure. We still follow industry best practices to protect the App’s integrity.

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, notify users within the App or via the store listing.
