This Privacy Policy describes how Taalay Dev ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with The Answer Is Yes (the "Application"), available on iOS, Android, and desktop platforms.
By downloading or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of its terms.
§ 1
The Application collects only what is necessary to function and to facilitate purchases. The following table describes each category.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other personally identifying information. The Application contains no advertising and no advertising identifiers are collected or shared.

Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Application offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game (io.github.taalaydev.theanswerisyes.fullgame). All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details.
Your purchase status is stored locally on your device. If you reinstall the Application or switch devices, you may restore your purchase through the "Restore Purchase" option in the Application.
For refund requests or billing disputes, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

The Application integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Purchase status is stored locally on your device for as long as the Application is installed. Uninstalling the Application removes this local data.
Anonymised crash reports and analytics data are retained by Google Firebase in accordance with their standard data retention policies, typically no longer than 14 months for analytics data.
We do not maintain any independent server databases containing player data.
§ 6
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below and we will take steps to delete such information.
§ 7
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Because we collect only anonymised data and local device data, there is limited information attributable to you individually that we can retrieve or modify.
For any privacy-related requests, please contact us using the details in § 9. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
Material changes will be communicated through an update notice in the Application or on the relevant app store listing.
