Introduction

Welcome to Palette Master. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Palette Master application ("App"), available on iOS, Android, web, and desktop platforms. By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our App.

Use of the Application

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App
• Distribute, copy, or share the App with unauthorized third parties
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

User Content

Our App may allow you to create or save custom color schemes or patterns. You retain ownership of any content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Using our App does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our App or the content you access.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If our App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
